Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Options for New Customers and Venues

Option 1 – Flat Fee Booking
A non-refundable flat booking fee of $600 is due upon confirmation of the event. Attendees shall be responsible for purchasing directly from the food truck (“self-pay”).

Option 2 – Sales Minimum Guarantee
No booking fee is required under this option. The event organizer guarantees a minimum of $1,000 in net sales. In the event actual net sales are less than $1,000, the organizer shall be responsible for paying the difference.
Example: If total net sales equal $800, the organizer must remit $200 to meet the $1,000 minimum. If total net sales meet or exceed $1,000, no payment is due from the organizer.

Option 3 – Full Prepayment
The organizer shall provide a confirmed guest count and meal count prior to the event date and shall remit full payment in advance. The organizer retains ownership of any unused or leftover food.

Note: Imposter’s does not provide wedding catering services or custom menus from the food truck.

2. Pickup Orders

Orders must be collected within the agreed-upon timeframe. Imposter’s shall not be liable for diminished quality, temperature, or freshness of goods resulting from delayed pickup. No refunds, replacements, or re-makes will be issued for uncollected or late pickups.
If a pickup is missed at an event, the customer must retrieve the order from Imposter’s location in Farmington, NH, at the earliest opportunity.

Due to food safety concerns, Imposter’s has the right to cancel an order that is not picked up promptly and as a result deemed unsafe for consumption per Serv-Safe guidelines. The late pickup terms apply- no refund or re-makes.

3. Service Area

Imposter’s provides services to areas within 1 hour of Farmington, NH and only towns which are within the State of New Hampshire.

4. Service Duration and Event Terms

  • Maximum on-site service duration is four (4) hours per event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Imposter’s does not pay site fees, vendor fees, or any similar charges associated with event participation.

  • Imposter’s reserves the right to cancel any booking or event at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
