We offer two different service options for pop up events:
Korean Fusion Menu (lunch/dinner, from the food truck only, spring & summer)
Cinnamon Bun Pop Up (anytime, indoor table setup year round OR food truck! )
50% deposit required for private events/custom menus, no booking fee for breweries/fairs!
food truck events are walk-up service only, we do not cater buffets or plated meals.
Starting in 2026, there will be a $1200 sales minimum for public events. If $1200 sales threshold is not met, the organizing party is expected to pay the balance.
all orders for catering/meals/market pre-orders are only considered to be confirmed when they are paid in full.
